The Meibao MCP Series Perfluorinated Centrifugal Pump is a premium chemical pumping solution engineered for the most demanding corrosive environments. Constructed entirely from high-quality PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) raw materials through integrated injection molding, this pump offers exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, high temperatures, and oxidation . Compared to traditional chemical centrifugal pumps, the MCP series features an innovative idling water tank connected to a new mechanical seal via a circulation pipeline, effectively protecting the seal components from damage during dry operation . With a scientific hydraulic model design and vortex volute structure, this pump delivers excellent comprehensive performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability for continuous industrial operation .

All-PVDF Injection Molded Construction

The pump front cover, back cover, impeller, and shaft seal cover are all made from premium PVDF raw materials through integrated injection molding, providing superior overall structural strength and resistance to acid, alkali, corrosion, high temperature, and oxidation .

True Idling Capability
Equipped with a cooling water tank circulation protection system connected to a patented mechanical seal, the pump can operate without liquid (idle) without damaging the sealing components, significantly enhancing operational reliability .

High Flow & Pressure Performance
The vortex volute design effectively improves fluid passing efficiency and reduces internal energy loss. The new high-efficiency hydraulic impeller model delivers flow rates up to 230 m³/h and pressures up to 4.8 kg .
Superior Corrosion & Temperature Resistance
Utilizing Grade A PVDF raw materials provides exceptional resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals, including 98% concentration strong acids, with operating temperatures up to 90°C .
Robust One-Piece Design
Features high-quality SSIC (Silicon Carbide) wear-resistant plates and PTFE material expansion rings, ensuring reliable sealing performance and long-term stability .

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
