The Meibao MFT Series Acid and Alkali-Resistant Pad Board is a durable, corrosion-resistant flooring solution engineered for industrial environments exposed to aggressive chemicals and moisture. Manufactured using FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) injection molding technology, this pad board offers excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, moisture, and insulation. Its modular design allows for free assembly and disassembly with square tubes and pallet tripods, enabling flexible configuration for walkways, platforms, shelving, and floor covering. Lightweight yet durable, the MFT series is an ideal replacement for traditional metal and glass materials in demanding industrial settings.

Manufactured using FRP injection molding with excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for harsh chemical environments where metal or glass materials would fail.


Modular Free Assembly
Designed with square tubes and pallet tripods for free assembly and disassembly, allowing flexible configuration into walkways, platforms, shelving, or floor covering as needed.


Lightweight & Durable
Lightweight construction reduces structural load while maintaining durability. Waste materials can be recycled, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to metal and glass products.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?

Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells. Parts can be shipped within 5-10 working days to most destinations. We recommend ordering a spare parts kit with your initial order for critical applications.
