The Meibao MFK-S Series Fully Intelligent Automatic Cleaning Filter is a next-generation intelligent filtration solution engineered for electroplating solution filtration and precision manufacturing processes. Addressing the industry pain points of traditional filters—cumbersome manual maintenance, frequent consumable replacement, large wastewater discharge, and low management efficiency—this filter features a fully upgraded modular intelligent design. Equipped with 1-micron high-precision filter media and a fully automatic self-cleaning system, the MFK-S integrates intelligent unattended operation, precision filtration, and energy-saving efficiency into one advanced unit. The system supports 1+N multi-module combinations, remote monitoring, and host computer connectivity, enabling automatic operation, automatic cleaning, chemical recovery, and low-consumption maintenance. It significantly saves labor, water, consumables, and space costs, making it an ideal high-end filtration solution for automated electroplating production lines, surface treatment processes, and precision manufacturing.

One-Button Start & Automatic Operation

After one-button start, the equipment runs automatically and stops for cleaning at set times or pressures. Cleaning takes 2-15 minutes, then automatically resumes operation.

Water Saving
Utilizes a special cleaning device and water channel structure that uses only a small amount of clean water for cleaning, significantly reducing water consumption.

Consumable Saving
Using our company's selected filter materials combined with the cleaning device, the filter material has a service life of approximately 2 years, greatly reducing replacement costs.
No Emission

Only a small amount of clean water is required, and the cleaning process is recycled, achieving near-zero discharge.

Space Saving
Using a modular combination method, the filter module and cleaning module are separated, reducing the size of the filter module and saving significant space for customers.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?

Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells. Parts can be shipped within 5-10 working days to most destinations. We recommend ordering a spare parts kit with your initial order for critical applications.
