Product Dewspiption

The Meibao MS Series is a compact and reliable magnetic drive pump engineered for low-flow, precision chemical applications. With power ratings ranging from 45W to 260W, this series is ideal for small-scale fluid transfer where safety and space are critical. The sealless magnetic coupling design ensures zero leakage, making it a safe and clean solution for handling corrosive, toxic, and high-purity liquids in laboratories, small plating tanks, and pilot plants.

    Key Features

    100% Leak-Free Magnetic Drive
The sealless design eliminates the risk of leakage, protecting operators and the environment from hazardous chemical exposure while reducing maintenance costs
    Excellent Corrosion Resistance
Constructed from high-performance materials including GFRPP, CFRPP, PVDF, and ETFE, providing superior resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals.
    Compact & Space-Saving Design
Small footprint and lightweight construction make the MS Series ideal for installations where space is at a premium, such as laboratory benchtops or compact equipment skids.
    Strong Magnetic Coupling
Utilizes high-strength ferrite magnets for efficient power transmission, ensuring reliable operation and consistent performance throughout the pump's service life.
    Versatile Connection Options
Available with both threaded (NPT/BSP) and hose connection types to suit a wide variety of piping systems and installation requirements.

MS Series Magnetic Drive Chemical Pump parameter table.png
What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?
    +
The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?
    +
Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?
    +
NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?
    +
Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
    +
Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells. Parts can be shipped within 5-10 working days to most destinations. We recommend ordering a spare parts kit with your initial order for critical applications.
