The Meibao OH Series Automatic Coupler is a quick-connect guide rail coupling system specifically designed for submersible sewage pumps. This innovative accessory enables fast, safe, and effortless pump installation and removal without requiring personnel to enter the pump pit or sump. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, the automatic coupler ensures a secure, leak-proof connection between the pump discharge flange and the fixed discharge piping. The OH Series significantly reduces maintenance time, improves safety, and lowers operational costs for all submersible pump installations in municipal, industrial, and commercial wastewater applications.

Quick & Safe Installation

The guide rail coupling system allows the pump to be simply lowered into place and automatically locked onto the discharge flange, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the pump pit.

Effortless Maintenance
Pumps can be easily lifted and removed along the guide rails using a chain or winch, enabling quick inspection, cleaning, and repair without disturbing the discharge piping.

Secure & Leak-Proof Connection
The coupler provides a tight, reliable seal between the pump discharge and the fixed discharge elbow, preventing leakage and ensuring efficient pump operation.
Corrosion-Resistant Construction
Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant materials (SUS304 stainless steel) suitable for long-term submersion in aggressive wastewater environments.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?

Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells.
