The Meibao MFH Series Stainless Steel Filter is a premium, high-temperature filtration solution engineered for the most demanding industrial applications involving aggressive and corrosive media. Constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316/SUS316L), this filter offers exceptional resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and high-temperature fluids up to 150°C. The one-piece molded barrel design with eight reinforcing ribs ensures superior pressure resistance and structural integrity, while the reinforced fasteners guarantee long-term durability without deformation or leakage. Supporting both filter bag and filter cartridge (lock-cap) configurations with filtration precision down to 1μm and impurity removal rates exceeding 95%, this filter is ideal for chromic acid, nickel plating solutions, high-viscosity chemicals, and high-purity pharmaceutical/electronic applications.

Superior Corrosion & Temperature Resistance
Constructed entirely from SUS304, SUS316, or SUS316L stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and high-temperature fluids up to 150°C. The all-metal construction eliminates swelling, embrittlement, or dissolution issues common with plastic filters.


High-Precision Filtration
Supports both filter bag and filter cartridge (lock-cap) configurations, achieving filtration precision down to 1μm and impurity removal rates exceeding 95%. Effectively captures fine particles, metal debris, and suspended solids from chemical baths.


One-Piece Molded Construction
The filter barrel and base are manufactured through mold-based one-piece molding with eight reinforcing ribs, achieving 30mm wall thickness for superior pressure resistance and structural rigidity.


Reinforced Fasteners & Leak-Free Sealing
Utilizes VITON/NBR/EPDM rubber seals and strengthened fasteners to ensure reliable sealing under high-pressure conditions. Designed to prevent leakage and maintain stable operation even in harsh environments.


Modular & Flexible Connections
Available with flange, union, and casing connection types to adapt to complex piping layouts. Supports filter bag/filter cartridge interchangeability and optional activated carbon adsorption.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
