The Meibao MQ50 Series Plastic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is a high-flow, corrosion-resistant fluid transfer solution engineered for handling aggressive chemicals, solvents, and abrasive fluids. Powered by compressed air without electrical components, this pump is intrinsically safe for handling flammable and explosive media. Constructed from high-quality engineering plastics such as Polypropylene (PP) and PVDF, it provides excellent resistance to a wide range of acids and alkalis. Featuring a no-shaft-seal design, self-priming capability up to 8m (wet), and the ability to run dry without damage, the MQ50 series ensures reliable, leak-free, and maintenance-friendly operation for chemical processing, electroplating, PCB manufacturing, and wastewater treatment applications.

Explosion-Proof Operation

Powered by compressed air without electricity, the pump is intrinsically safe and can transport flammable and explosive media .

Dry-Run Capable
