The Meibao MQ80 Series Plastic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is a high-flow, corrosion-resistant fluid transfer solution engineered for handling aggressive chemicals, solvents, and abrasive fluids in large-volume applications. Powered by compressed air without electrical components, this pump is intrinsically safe for handling flammable and explosive media. Constructed from high-quality engineering plastics such as Polypropylene (PP) and PVDF, it provides excellent resistance to a wide range of acids and alkalis. Featuring a no-shaft-seal design, self-priming capability up to 5m, and the ability to run dry without damage, the MQ80 series ensures reliable, leak-free, and maintenance-friendly operation for chemical processing, electroplating, PCB manufacturing, and heavy-duty wastewater treatment applications.
