Ultra-Thick Liner + Specialty Alloy Protection
MB-F Series uses 6.0–8.0 mm FEP/PFA liners with Hastelloy C-276 or titanium components for harsh corrosive and high-temperature media. Corrosion rate can be below 0.01 mm/year in 98% H₂SO₄ at 50°C, with a design life of up to 87,600 hours.
Zero-Leakage Magnetic Drive + Dual Containment
MB-MD Series uses a fully sealed magnetic drive with optional dual containment and pressure monitoring. It helps prevent media leakage and reduce VOC emissions by ≥99.8%, while achieving up to 92%–96% magnetic drive efficiency.
Zero-Dead-Leg Design + SIP/CIP

MB-MD-S Series features a sanitary zero-dead-leg flow path with residual volume ≤8 mL, plus standard SIP/CIP capability. It delivers TOC ≤0.5 ppm, while reducing batch changeover cleaning time by up to 58% and water consumption by 42%.
