Product Dewspiption

The Meibao MSH Series represents a significant advancement in magnetic drive pump technology, engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring absolute leak-free performance and robust construction. Designed for handling corrosive, toxic, and high-temperature fluids, the MSH series features a unique integrally formed pump head and motor mounting foot, ensuring exceptional stability and a long service life. Its innovative spiral shell design minimizes internal friction and noise while optimizing flow efficiency. The magnetic coupling eliminates the need for a traditional shaft seal, providing 100% leak-proof operation and drastically reducing maintenance costs and environmental risks. With a powerful range from 1/2HP to 10HP, materials including GFRPP, PVDF, and ETFE, and a revolutionary bearing positioning system that suppresses frictional heat even during dry running, the MSH series is the ideal choice for the most challenging chemical, electroplating, and semiconductor applications.

Key Features

Innovative Magnetic Cooling & Idling Protection

Precisely set relative magnet positions effectively control the magnetic bag's position. Even during idling, the bearing's rear end does not contact the rear thrust ring, suppressing frictional heat generation and ensuring lubrication of friction parts for enhanced durability.

Integrally Formed Pump Head & Motor Foot
The pump head and motor connection foot are molded as a single, integrated unit, providing superior stability, firmness, extended service life, and easier maintenance and disassembly.

Advanced Spiral Shell Hydraulic Design
The front and rear shells are designed in a partial spiral shape. When assembled, they form an ideal spiral chamber that effectively suppresses fluid backflow, smoothly and efficiently guiding liquid to the pump outlet with reduced impedance and noise.
High-Strength Impeller & Magnetic Assembly
The impeller is integrated with the inner magnet, strengthening the impeller structure and improving overall pumping efficiency.
Reinforced Flange Connection (RF Type)
The combination RF type flange with adjustable screw hole direction not only provides convenient piping but also avoids flange deformation and leakage caused by piping stress.

MSH Series Magnetic Drive Pump parameter table.png
What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?
+
The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?
+
Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?
+
NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?
+
Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
+
Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells. Parts can be shipped within 5-10 working days to most destinations. We recommend ordering a spare parts kit with your initial order for critical applications.
