The Meibao QGWQ Series Electric Sewage Pump with Knife Cutting is a revolutionary pumping solution engineered for the most challenging wastewater applications. Featuring a semi-open rotary cutting impeller design, this pump effectively shreds long fibers, plastics, cloth strips, straw, and other debris in sewage, significantly reducing clogging risks and ensuring smooth, reliable operation. Constructed with a stainless steel precision casting shell (SUS304), the QGWQ series offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability for handling aggressive and solids-laden wastewater in municipal, industrial, and agricultural environments. With efficient, reliable, and maintenance-free operation, the QGWQ series sets the standard for high-performance sewage pumping.
Powerful Knife Cutting System
The semi-open rotary cutting impeller effectively shreds long fibers, plastic bags, cloth strips, straw, and other debris into small particles before discharge, preventing clogging and ensuring smooth operation.
Premium Cutting Components The impeller and cutter head are manufactured from 3Cr13 material with heat treatment, providing superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and extended service life compared to standard materials.
Stainless Steel Construction
Adopts stainless steel precision casting shell (SUS304), offering excellent corrosion resistance, environmental protection, high head, and large flow capabilities for aggressive wastewater environments.
Advanced Sealing System
The oil chamber utilizes fluororubber double-sided mechanical seal, and the outer chamber uses single-sided fluororubber mechanical oil seal, effectively reducing seal leakage issues caused by friction.
Motor Protection
Equipped with high-temperature motor winding wire, F-class insulation, and built-in thermal protection device, effectively extending pump service life.
Typical Applications
Municipal Wastewater Treatment: Sewage pumping stations, treatment plants, and lift stations.
Industrial Drainage: Factory wastewater containing long fibers, paper scraps, and solid particles.
Construction & Mining: Dewatering of pits, trenches, and foundation excavations.
What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?
+
The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?
+
Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?
+
NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?
+
Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
+
Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells. Parts can be shipped within 5-10 working days to most destinations. We recommend ordering a spare parts kit with your initial order for critical applications.
