How to deal with the leakage of the vertical pump?

Solutions: 1) Identify leak location (mechanical seal, gasket, or casing), 2) If seal leakage, replace mechanical seal assembly, 3) If gasket leak, replace gasket and retorque fasteners, 4) Inspect shaft sleeve for damage if seal failed, 5) Always follow lockout/tagout procedures before servicing.
