The Meibao MFX Series 36 Filter Cartridges Chemical Filter is a high-capacity, corrosion-resistant filtration solution engineered for electroplating solutions, chemical baths, and industrial fluid purification.

Utilizing high-quality PP or PVDF raw materials, the filter features a one-piece thickened barrel design with no welding points, ensuring 100% leak-free operation, structural strength, and a service life of up to 8-10 years.

The blind-hole filter cartridge design provides a wide filtration area and high efficiency, while the arbitrary inlet and outlet configuration allows for flexible installation.

With a maximum filtration capacity of up to 60m³/h, this filter is widely used for filtering acid-base solutions, electroplating solutions, etching solutions, and cleaning solutions.

One-Piece Molding & 100% Leak-Free

The thickened barrel is designed with integrated molding, with no welding points on the entire machine, ensuring 100% leak-free operation, sturdiness, and safety with a service life of up to 8-10 years.

High-Efficiency Blind-Hole Filter Cartridge
The blind-hole filter element design provides a wide filtration area and high filtration efficiency, effectively capturing particles and impurities.

Flexible Inlet & Outlet Configuration

Designed with arbitrary inlet and outlet connections, the maximum filtration capacity can reach 60m³/h, suitable for various system layouts.

Corrosion-Resistant Materials

Available in high-quality PP and PVDF materials, providing excellent resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals.

Optional Activated Carbon

Can be configured with activated carbon for enhanced purification and decolorization.
