Wastewater & Exhaust Gas Treatment Vietnam

Anti-Clogging Self-Priming Pump for Wastewater Lifting: 380 L/min Stable Flow, 0 Leakage, Annual Savings

Vinh Hao Industrial Wastewater Treatment Station is located in an industrial park in Vietnam. It is responsible for treating industrial wastewater from several factories in the park. One of the key processes is the wastewater lifting system, which transfers industrial wastewater collected in the equalization tank to the downstream biological treatment units.

The customer's three main problems—clogging, leakage, and self-priming failure—were closely connected:

• To prevent clogging, the impeller needs wide flow passages that can handle solid particles.

• To prevent leakage, the traditional shaft seal needs to be removed.

• To ensure reliable self-priming, the pump needs strong air-water separation and self-priming capability.

Since installation and commissioning were completed in December 2025, the 8 MA-50032L self-priming pumps at Vinh Hao Wastewater Treatment Station have operated continuously for more than 8 months.

Corrosion-Resistant Vertical Pump for Scrubber Systems: 520 L/min Stable Spray Pressure, 6+ Months Zero Cavitation Failure

Moscow Industrial Waste Gas Treatment Engineering Co. is a professional industrial waste gas treatment company in Russia. It provides scrubber system design, installation, and maintenance services for industrial customers. Its scrubber systems use an alternating acid and alkaline spray process: diluted sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) is used to treat alkaline waste gas, while sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution is used to treat acidic waste gas. The spray liquid circulates between the collection tank at the bottom of the tower and the spray nozzles at the top, removing harmful gases through gas-liquid contact and neutralization.

The main problem seemed to be that the pumps failed too often. But after a detailed review, we found that the real problem was the mismatch between the horizontal pump design and the scrubber operating conditions

Since installation and commissioning were completed in January 2026, the 5 MIT-50VK-75NF vertical pumps have operated continuously on the customer's scrubber systems for more than 6 months, including the harsh Russian winter. During this period, all pumps achieved zero leakage, zero cavitation, and zero downtime.
