Wastewater & Exhaust Gas Treatment Vietnam

Anti-Clogging Self-Priming Pump for Wastewater Lifting: 380 L/min Stable Flow, 0 Leakage, Annual Savings

Vinh Hao Industrial Wastewater Treatment Station is located in an industrial park in Vietnam. It is responsible for treating industrial wastewater from several factories in the park. One of the key processes is the wastewater lifting system, which transfers industrial wastewater collected in the equalization tank to the downstream biological treatment units.

The customer's three main problems—clogging, leakage, and self-priming failure—were closely connected:

• To prevent clogging, the impeller needs wide flow passages that can handle solid particles.

• To prevent leakage, the traditional shaft seal needs to be removed.

• To ensure reliable self-priming, the pump needs strong air-water separation and self-priming capability.

Since installation and commissioning were completed in December 2025, the 8 MA-50032L self-priming pumps at Vinh Hao Wastewater Treatment Station have operated continuously for more than 8 months.

Corrosion-Resistant Vertical Pump for Scrubber Systems: 520 L/min Stable Spray Pressure, 6+ Months Zero Cavitation Failure

Moscow Industrial Waste Gas Treatment Engineering Co. is a professional industrial waste gas treatment company in Russia. It provides scrubber system design, installation, and maintenance services for industrial customers. Its scrubber systems use an alternating acid and alkaline spray process: diluted sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) is used to treat alkaline waste gas, while sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution is used to treat acidic waste gas. The spray liquid circulates between the collection tank at the bottom of the tower and the spray nozzles at the top, removing harmful gases through gas-liquid contact and neutralization.

The main problem seemed to be that the pumps failed too often. But after a detailed review, we found that the real problem was the mismatch between the horizontal pump design and the scrubber operating conditions

Since installation and commissioning were completed in January 2026, the 5 MIT-50VK-75NF vertical pumps have operated continuously on the customer's scrubber systems for more than 6 months, including the harsh Russian winter. During this period, all pumps achieved zero leakage, zero cavitation, and zero downtime.
Electroplating/Surface Treatment Thailand

High-Precision Nickel Plating Filtration: 200 L/min, 9+ Months Leak-Free, Annual Savings

Bangkok Precision Electroplating Co., Ltd. is a precision electroplating company in Thailand. Its nickel plating line uses nickel sulfate solution (200 g/L, pH 3.8–4.5, operating temperature 55°C) to plate metal parts.

The customer's main problem appeared to be "filter leakage," but a deeper analysis showed that leakage was only the visible symptom. The real causes were poor corrosion resistance of the filter housing, unreliable sealing, and insufficient filter element performance and service life.

Since installation and commissioning were completed in October 2025, 10 MF-2018 electroplating filters have operated on the customer's production lines for more than 9 months.

High-Capacity FRPP Vertical Pump Solution: 12,000 L/H Filtration, 0 Leakage, Annual Savings

The customer is an electroplating company in India with large-scale surface treatment lines covering several processes, including pickling, anodising, and zinc-nickel plating. Different process stages use hydrochloric acid, a 20% sulfuric acid mixture, and various plating solutions, with operating temperatures reaching 60–65°C.

After studying the customer's actual operating conditions, we found that this was a large-scale, high-requirement replacement project

Since installation and commissioning were completed in May 2026, 15 MFL-208-MNX-2 vertical pumps have operated on the customer's three surface treatment production lines for more than 7 months. During this period, all pump units have achieved zero leakage and zero downtime

Complete Pre-Treatment Solution: MIT Vertical Pumps + TF FRP Fans Deliver 16+ Months of Zero-Leakage, Zero-Downtime Operation

TESB is an electrocoating company in Malaysia. Its pre-treatment production line includes two key processes: Alkaline Degreasing and Pickling, using alkaline degreasing chemicals, hydrochloric acid, and diluted sulfuric acid. Both process lines need pumps to continuously circulate the tank liquid to filter units. At the same time, the workshop requires an exhaust system to send corrosive fumes to a scrubber for treatment.

After studying TESB's actual operating conditions, we found that the customer was facing more than a simple pump replacement problem. The reliability of the pre-treatment line depends on both tank liquid circulation and fume exhaust. If either system fails, the production line may have to stop. More importantly, the workshop contains both alkaline vapor and acid mist at different stages, so all equipment in contact with the process environment needs strong corrosion resistance.

Since installation and commissioning were completed in April 2025, three MIT-50VK-55NF vertical pumps and three TF-50C-50HP FRP fans have operated on TESB's electrocoating pre-treatment line for more than 16 months.

Vertical Pumps for Electroplating Pickling & Surface Finishing

The customer is an electroplating company in India with several surface-treatment processes, including pickling, anodising, and zinc-nickel plating.

After reviewing the customer's operating conditions, Meibao found that the problem was not simply about replacing one pump with another.

Since the pumps were commissioned in April 2026, all 11 MFL-206-MNX-F-1 vertical pumps have operated across the customer's three surface-treatment process lines.

AAL Electroplating Pickling Case Study

AAL is an electroplating company in India. Its pickling process uses a 20% hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid mixture at 60°C to remove oxide from metal surfaces.

After reviewing AAL's actual operating conditions, Meibao identified three key requirements:Keep the motor away from acid fumes. Prevent shaft-seal leakage. Maintain stable operation when the tank level changes.

Zero Leakage and Stable Operation for 7+ Months.Since installation and commissioning were completed in November 2025, all six MIT-40VK-55NF vertical pumps have operated continuously for more than 7 months in AAL's pickling workshop.
