The Meibao WQD/WQ Series all stainless steel submersible sewage pump is engineered for reliable and efficient handling of wastewater, sewage, and corrosive liquids. Featuring a precision-cast stainless steel (SUS304) shell, this series offers exceptional corrosion resistance, high head, and large flow capabilities. The threaded connection design facilitates easy installation. With a unique single or dual-channel impeller structure, these pumps can pass fibers up to 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles up to 50% of the outlet diameter. Equipped with F-class insulation, thermal overload protection, and double mechanical seals, the WQD/WQ series ensures long service life and safe operation in demanding environments.

All Stainless Steel Construction

Precision-cast stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316) shell provides excellent corrosion resistance, environmental protection, and durability for handling aggressive wastewater.

Anti-Clogging Impeller Design
Unique single or double-channel impeller structure enables high solids passage capacity, handling fibers up to 5× the pump diameter and solids up to 50% of the outlet size.

Robust Sealing System
Double fluororubber mechanical seals in the oil chamber and single-sided seal in the outer chamber effectively protect the motor from water ingress and shaft friction damage.
Motor Protection
High-temperature motor windings with F-class insulation and built-in thermal overload protector prevent motor burnout from overheating or overcurrent.
Versatile Configuration Options
Optional mixing device for sludge suspension, cutting device for fibrous debris (plastic, paper, straw), and customized corrosion-resistant cables/PTFE seals for special requirements.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?

Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells.
