The Meibao QY Series oil-immersed submersible pump is a versatile, high-performance pumping solution engineered for clean water transfer, agricultural irrigation, and industrial water supply. Featuring an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor with a unique floating oil device, this pump offers excellent heat dissipation, pressure balance, and operational safety. The motor is located at the lower part of the pump, with the pump head above, creating a compact and efficient design. The precision-cast stainless steel (SUS304) construction provides superior corrosion resistance and durability, making the QY series suitable for a wide range of water pumping applications. With its reliable sealing system, F-class insulation, and cone bearing design, the QY series ensures long service life and maintenance-free operation.


Oil-Immersed Motor Design

The motor is completely filled with oil, providing superior heat dissipation, insulation, and protection against moisture ingress, ensuring stable and reliable operation even under continuous use.

Floating Oil Device
Features a unique floating oil device at the bottom of the motor (Stainless Steel Model) that floats on the oil surface, preventing oil-water mixing due to temperature rise and balancing internal/external pressure for safe operation.

Advanced Sealing System
Double mechanical seals with fluororubber (FKM) materials — the inner seal uses a double-face seal and the outer seal uses a single-face mechanical seal — effectively protect the motor from water ingress.
F-Class Insulation & Cone Bearings
F-class insulated motor and special cone bearing design provide excellent thermal protection, extending the electric pump's service life.
All Stainless Steel Construction
Precision-cast stainless steel (SUS304) shell provides superior corrosion resistance, environmental protection, and a sleek, rust-free appearance.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?

The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?

Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?

NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?

Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
