Product Dewspiption

The Meibao JY-WQ Series Automatic Mixing Sewage Pump is an innovative, all-in-one pumping solution engineered to simultaneously stir and discharge sewage, slurry, and sediment-laden wastewater. Based on a flexible submersible sewage pump platform, the JY-WQ series integrates an automatic mixing device that rotates with the motor shaft, producing a powerful stirring force that suspends settled sediment into a homogeneous slurry for efficient suction and discharge. This unique design completes drainage, cleaning, and desilting in a single operation, significantly reducing operating costs and improving pump reliability in sludge and sediment environments. Constructed with a stainless steel (SUS304) casing, this series offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability for demanding wastewater applications.

Integrated Automatic Mixing Device

Equipped with a unique mixing device that rotates with the motor shaft, producing a strong stirring force to suspend settled sediment into the suction stream, preventing clogging and improving pumping efficiency.

One-Stop Operation
Completes drainage, cleaning, and desilting in a single operation, eliminating the need for separate cleaning equipment and reducing operating costs.

All Stainless Steel Construction
Utilizes stainless steel (SUS304) casing for exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and environmental protection in aggressive sewage environments.
Effective Sediment Suspension
The powerful mixing action effectively stirs sediment in sewage tanks, settling ponds, and other sludge environments into suspended particles, ensuring efficient suction and preventing blockages.
High Reliability & Non-Clogging
The stirring action reduces the risk of pump blockage by continuously agitating solids and fibers, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

Typical Applications

Sewage Treatment Plants: Sludge mixing and transfer, sediment removal from settling tanks.
Septic Tanks & Biogas Digesters: Stirring and pumping of fecal sludge and biogas slurry.
Farm & Livestock Wastewater: Manure slurry transfer and pit cleaning.
Industrial Wastewater: Sediment suspension and discharge from industrial settling ponds.

What is the maximum viscosity the MB pump can handle?
+
The MB magnetic drive pump is optimized for low-to-medium viscosity liquids (up to ~200 cPs at operating temperature). For high-viscosity media above 200 cPs, please contact our engineering team — we may recommend a reduced speed operation or a gear pump alternative.
Can the MB pump handle HF acid?
+
Yes. The MB pump with PTFE or PVDF wet-end is fully compatible with hydrofluoric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 80°C. PTFE offers the best HF resistance. For semiconductor-grade HF applications, we recommend our dedicated HF Series with ultra-pure material specifications.
What is the pump's NPSH requirement?
+
NPSH requirements vary by model and operating point. Typically, the MB series requires 2-3m NPSHa. We recommend ensuring the available NPSH (NPSHa) from your installation is at least 1m higher than the pump's required NPSHr. Full NPSH curves are available in the product datasheet.
Do you offer ATEX / explosion-proof versions?
+
Yes. ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 certified models are available for environments where flammable gases or vapors may be present. Please specify the ATEX zone and gas group (IIA, IIB, or IIC) when requesting a quote.
Can I get spare parts for this pump?
+
Yes. We stock a comprehensive range of spare parts for the MB series including magnet assemblies, impellers, shaft sleeves, and containment shells. Parts can be shipped within 5-10 working days to most destinations. We recommend ordering a spare parts kit with your initial order for critical applications.
